Situated in the Centre BELLAC in the Haute Vienne, you will find the friendly building firm 'Propery Projects'. We have been building / renovating and Assisting many clients for over 10 years.
We undertake works as listed below, both within and to the surrounding areas of Bellac. If your particular works you require is not listed, please still call or email, we may do that work or know who can help you.
* Roofing - Complete new roofs / re-roofing (using your existing tiles) to small repairs. Velux windows and dormer installations. Annual roof checks to ensure your roof is watertight for the wetter seasons. Specialists in Traditional French/Roman canal tiles, mechanical tiles, .
* Carpentry - All aspects from ; Wooden flooring and boarding, partition walls. Timber framing construction. Oak /Pine beams. Lintels for windows/ doors/ fireplaces. We also do standard ready made and made to measure sizes for Windows, Doors and Stairs
* Kitchens and Bathroom - All installations, Layout design assistance or simply ; You supply your kitchen / Bathroom furniture or utilities and were fit it - or - we can supply and fit.
* Plumbing - Water supply pipe work (hot & cold) to your services. Waste pipe work systems (to take waste water away). Water heater systems installation.
* Electrics - Additional circuits to complete new installations. EDF connections. (Certified to France standards)
* Fireplaces - Beautifull French design fireplaces to enhance your home. "Yes we can change existing Fireplaces".
* Chimneys - New build installation or re-build existing chimney to make safe for use, Flue installations, Chimney pot and capping.
* Stonework - New through wall openings. Cosmetic and repair work. Specialist Feature work. Wall pointing interior/exterior.
* Design and Layouts - By carefully making the most of your property layout and using possible alteration areas. We design with you new workable and feasable layouts to your needs. Thereafter marking everything out on-site for you.
Our design packages start from : On-site feasability study, New room layouts and alterations designed to your requirements (maybe with new walls, doors or windows added or removed) to exactly how you would like it to be. - to - Showing all your service layouts, including full material listing.
* Very Popular * We also offer a superb service for; Complete or Part Assistance for self renovation / builds, either with an extra helping hand with Labour - Full or half day. Materials assistance, what materials are available and where to get them. Help with solutions for problem solving. Or the very popular - you have a few small jobs that need finishing off and rather than get individual trades come in, pricing and work individually (quite expensive). We offer ; on a whole day or half day bases just one person to come along and complete the works for you, "a far cheaper solution". (Depending upon the works at hand).
